A blend of Forme Method and ballet cardio, this class is meant to keep the heart rate elevated and maximize repetitions through thoughtful choreography combinations. No equipment is needed aside from a sturdy piece of furniture to act as the ballet barre.
Prepare to sweat as Christina takes you through a 30 minute center-floor sequence designed to target the lower body followed by 20 minute floor work that sculpts arms and core!
