A Connecticut native, Dana started as a client at FORME and fell in love with the barre based exercise immediately. She was an avid Pilates client, but changed her focus after becoming extremely impressed with the rapid and noticeable results the FORME Method was giving her. Inspired by the strength, flexibility and confidence the exercise provided for her, Dana pursued becoming an instructor to share the same experience with others.
