I do a variety of your double classes and Mabel’s singles classes at least 6 times a week (both 45 and 60 min classes). LOVE THEM! Only 2 or 3 classes feature Pretzel out of all the Barre classes you both teach. It would be great if you can add more. Another suggestion: when a member clicks on a particular class it would be ideal if the description pop-up labels the seat work exercise in that class (pretzel, fold over, all fours, standing seat, etc.) THANKS!
Rhonda, I couldn't agree more. I was just thinking the other day that I wish I knew what the routine was going to be before selecting a video. There are some things I can't do because of ligament issues etc, so it would be good to know if those routines are the main part of program, in advance of starting up the video. And, secondarily, I love pretzel and find that it provides the best workout for seat tightening, so wish it was included more often, as well as more floor work, since I don't have a barre at home. Also, for the record, I'm really enjoying the express, 45 minute classes. They provide the same amount of work with less time on explanation of what to do, which reduces the time. For those of us who have been doing barre for years, it's a great!
