Hi Christina et al...I've been taking the 1 hour virtual and Zoom classes and can't thank you enough for creating this site. It's a great addition, provides a lot of scheduling flexibility, and with a 72" TV on airplay, it's just like "being there." One question....I notice that very few (if any) seem to have floor seat work. They all seem to have standing seat. I always found pretzel and floor work with bands to be exceptionally effective. Is there reason that the only portion of the classes that is on the floor in the virtual classes is the ab work?
