The team at Forme is excited to bring their studio experience to you! Forme Method is technique driven, alignment focused, and thoughtfully choreographed to bring you a safe and highly effective workout. The Forme Barre virtual studio offers LIVE streaming Forme Method classes as well as a video on demand library. New content is added multiple times a week! There are full length (60 minutes) Forme Method classes, shorter workouts focused on specific body parts (Forme Focus) and Forme Blend classes (ballet-cardio inspired) available. Classes are for all levels of fitness and instructors offer modifications and advancement to accommodate a range of clients.

Forme FOCUS - Upper Body with Lauren
Lauren Seib grew up an athlete in Madison, Connecticut and went on to the University of Connecticut to focus her studies in Communication Sciences and Journalism. In 2014, after a two-year stint working in publishing for a nationally-circulated health and wellness magazine, she decided to switch gears, diving into her love for fitness full time. Lauren started her barre studies at Exhale before adding 200-hour Baptiste Power Yoga and NASM personal training certifications to her repertoire. She holds specializations in women's fitness, is a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and loves helping women boost both confidence and strength through movement. Now based in Darien, Connecticut, Lauren teaches the FORME Method at Forme Barre Fitness (in CT, MA, NY).
